Hello Andreas,
The JARL Web site says JA8RWU is responsible for QSLing for the 8N8HQ
of this year operations.
There is no information about 8J3JHQ on the web, but 8N3JHQ for 2003
operation. (JJ3WPF is responsible for 8N3JHQ of 2003 operations.)
They could receive your SWL card via buro by doing like "To 8N8HQ via JA8RWU",
but they may not be able to reply you via the buro without some additional fee.
It might be better for you to send your requests by direct with a SAE + an IRC
(or US2ドル).
Fortunately, both JA8RWU and JJ3WPF have their information including their
email addresses on the QRZ.COM pages, and I', CCing this email to them.
