[Dx-qsl] DX0K

There was a question posted concerning QSL cards from the DX0K operation. I 
received the following info from the operator of DX0K:
I just got back from Manila where I took delivery of the cards of DX0K.
They were printed in Japan. So now I can begin to answer card requests in earnest.
So looks like they will be coming out soon.
