[Dx-qsl] Operations not accepted by ARRL

Becareful....9Q0AR is good for DXCC for QSOs from January 1, 2001 through
March 28, 2004.
>From March 29, 2004 to date they do not count, at this time. Gus needs to
get the paper work from 9Q authorities and he does know this. My guess is
eventually he will get it and as always forward it up to the DXCC Desk.
If my memory is correct 4M0I does not count for anything (DXCC or IOTA).
