The same here in Bulgaria. The cut-off corner indicates 'PRINTED'
rate, and usually the word 'printed' is stamped on the envelope.
In fact a QSL is not exactly what the Post office considers 'printed',
but while they accept it, we will use it as it's really cheaper.
