[Dx-qsl] Cut-off Corners

I wonder if that would work in the opposite direction. Of course, one would
have to be sure the green stanp was secured within the SASE or otherwise not
visible thru the cut-off corner. Maybe seeing the cut-off corner would be
enough to make a potential thief pass it by. Has anyone tried this on
outgoing?
