[Dx-qsl] Cut-off Corners

 Have had many of these. I believe it is done so postal officials can verify
the contents as printed matter or something like that.

I just got a card from my 16 Feb 2005 QSO with 9K2YM. Like many others I've
received lately, he cut off one of the lower envelope corners. Does anyone
know why this is done?
