[Dx-qsl] Help with J68RI?

Hi guys,
Just doing some housekeeping and I've noticed that getting cards out of J6 
has been nigh-on impossible this year. While I don't need it as a new one, 
I'd like to clean up about 4 or 5 band-fills from the spring's contest season.
I've e-mailed three resident J6ers hoping to see if my card made it to 
them, but J68RI was one I don't have an e-mail address for. It's supposedly 
via K4RG, Robert in VA, but I don't want to send another SASE if anybody 
knows an easier way.
