I've got a small quantity of the new style IRCs that have NO stamp on them. THe stamp says optional, so they're good (i've taken them to the post office before!) but some hams don't like to deal with them.
If you're comfortable with them, I'll let them go at 1ドル.00 each, in quantities of 25, including shipping.
