I should note that Takayoshi "Nag" Nagashima-san, JA7GAX, claimed in the
letter with the QSL card that his choice of *not* using JARL bureau was
a protest against the current policy of JARL charging JPY3600/yr *for
each non-Japanese callsign* for sending QSLs of the callsign through the
bureau. I understand his position on this issue and that's obviously
why I sent a SASE to him.
