[Dx-qsl] Roy, ZS6QU QSL Situation

DX Gang,
After repeated attempts to get a QSL from Roy I finally was able
to hook up with his brother David, ZS6DN. This is the info David
kindly provided (I am passing this along, I have no further info):
"Thanks for the kind offer to act as QSL manager for Roy. I have raised 
the subject of a QSL manager with Roy on a number of occasions and he is 
consistent in saying that he does not want to get involved with any form 
of QSLing."
"I like your suggestion of putting out the word that whilst Roy enjoys 
his CW contacts he prefers to not QSL at this time."
