It would be nice but not very likely that every ham will be able upload
their logs to LoTW. There are many hams throughout the world who do not have
a computer, let alone internet access, and keep paper logs.
I have often thought that maybe hams in other countries who do have Internet
access could possibly work with other hams in their country to assist in
helping those operators get their logs onto computer and sub sequentially
onto LoTW. If anything, maybe set up their own and link it into LoTW.

Another reason to use LOTW.. ALL qsling could be eliminated and if
everyone would upload their logs, it would be great.. dontcha think??
