It is unfortunate that the costs are so high and the local post
office has those problems. I wonder, though, would it cut down on the
theft if one used an IRC or even better, HK stamps that we can get
here in the US from a stamp dealer? I usually prefer to use mint
stamps for most of my QSLing, but no mention was made on his site, so
I didn't want to take the risk. I wonder, how do most Colombians send
things through the mail to each other without having everything stolen?
I personally don't mind 2ドル for a card, just so long as I know that's
a fair approximation of what the costs are to get it back to me.
There are too many hams who just collect green stamps out there. I
don't look at it as buying a card, just a way to not put the DX
station out of pocket for the cost of sending a reply back to me.
