[Dx-qsl] TX0C still eluding me

Hello,
Does anybody have direct contact with Kan,JA1BK?I've tried for almost a year to get a card for the TX0C dxpedition (that Kan has confirmed by email in Oct.04 that my QSO was good).I sent cards to Kan two years prior via the bureau but found out after a two year wait that he does not respond to bureau cards based on cost..so I sent him a card direct with SAE and GS.He told me he only responds to direct cards twice a year and that year is coming to a close.Recent emails from the beginning of July to Kan have gone unanswered via 2 email addresses..so where do I go from here?
Anybody in JA-land help me out with this?
