Is this a threat or a promise. Why is it that you are the only Russian 
station that refuses to send a return envelope and postage. If you dont 
want it direct, it will go by buro.
We have enough welfare cases her in the USA with me adding you to it.
I wish I could afford to send 100 request a week free of charge, but my 
money does not quite go that far.
