I got the QSL from VU2WAP with out any problem couple month ago.
As I remember, bofore I got it, Manoj was publish on his WEB site
 http://www.qsl.net/vu2wap/
the list of direct QSL cards he answered. It was about the 50 calls in that
list.
Go to his WEB, there are his E mail, ICQ and QSL request page.
Quite a good chance to get in touch with him.

2 tries here and no reply; even I had several email conversation with
the operator Miku and asked him for any advice: return postage, etc..
He responded: no problem! Who knows, what the real truth is, what his
real "secrets" are? Never had the same problems with any other VU.
It seems to me, Miku VU2WAP is one of this "No Problem"-guys. ~:(
