[Dx-qsl] The Continuing Saga of V31YN

It was a good news and bad news kind of day in yesterday's mail:
The good: True to his word, I got an envelope from DJ4KW in the mail for
the promised V31YN QSL card.
The bad: That's all I got. A shredded envelope. No card. Somewhere in
transit, someone's machinery tore open the side and bottom, and Lord knows
where the actual card ended up.
Next step is to resend the whole mess back and try again...
*sigh*
