I think it's well past that point now for many countries in the EU, and
getting close for the UK as well. A dollar is worth about 0,77 Euro
(excluding the cost charged by the bank), so really any stamps costing over
0,75 need more than a dollar. The pound is about 53p to the dollar, so a
single greenback is still enough for a 47p stamp. For now.
