Actually, it was me who asked the (yet-unanswered) question as well. I'm
now even more baffled because the card came in an envelope to which was
affixed a single stamp with two values printed on it. One was 0,50 Euro and
the other 28.70, which I think may be Dinars. At today's rate, that would
be about 45 cents US.
However, I was told by Bill Plum that it's now about 3 Euros to send a
letter to the US from Serbia. Since I need a couple more confirmations from
that country, I'd love to know what that Serbian ham will have to pay the
postmaster when he sends my QSL off to me (and if IRCs are acceptable in
lieu of stamps) so I can do what's necessary to ensure their speedy return.
