[Dx-qsl] UK Postage Increases.

Greetings.
Our European Corresponents might like to note that wef 7th April the
cost of sending a letter [up to 20 grams] to Europe from the UK,
increases from 40p to 42p. Also all mail to Europe 'officially' goes by
Airmail - there is no cheaper surface mail facility.
This obviously only affects those who supply a Stamped Envelope for the
return of cards.
Postage to the USofA / Rest of World remains unchanged.
