[Dx-qsl] DXCC Turnaround - WOW!

I sent in my annual DXCC application and cards on September 10th and ARRL
logged it in on September 11th. I submitted an application electronically
via LOTW in addition to the paperwork I had to send in. I guess the
"logged" date is the date the application is submitted regardless of when
the cards arrive.
Today, September 29th, I received my cards back and everything processed
perfectly. A three week turnaround time!
