[Dx-qsl] How best to send DXCC submission?

Joe,
IMHO, since everything's trackable these days, I think
registered mail has gone the way of the dinosaur for
uses like this. If you want to save $,ドル send them
USPS Priority Mail with delivery conf (my usual choice) -
the small boxes are perfect, and they're free.
UPS Brown is fine too, but you need you own box. :-)
If you don't mind the extra cost, then FedEx them.
It's not much more than Registered, and probably more
reliable.... they do that sort of thing everyday.
