[Dx-qsl] T30M counted as W. Kiribati

Seems to me there was talk here about T30M that YT1AD
operated, was not being counted as Western Kiribati.
Well I looked at my DXCC credits on the LoTW and saw
it was indeed counted for W. Kiribati. I do not want
to jinx my DXCC credit for it but it looks like it is
good for that enity. Just wanted to pass that along. 
On another note. I really like the LoTW feature to
alow me to look at my credits online. Got see them
before the new endorsements and certificates arrive in
mail. Cool stuff.
