No information has been announced for his post address.
Furthermore, he told me that he had not yet paid the membership
fee to JARL, and that he would pay it maybe later, when I made a
QSO with him a couple of days ago.
It means that the QSL cards sent to the buro NOW should be lost
and they will NEVER reach him nor return to you.
You should wait for a while.
