Don't know about the domain, but FWIW, 3 months ago
I canceled my long-overdue QSL order with them
after getting no reply to my emails.
(Ordered from UX5UO instead, very satisfied!)
Sounds like they're on their way out....

www.octavia.com has been an excellent source of QSL information for hams in
eastern Europe. At present, however, visiting this site presents the message
"This domain name expired on 11/05/2004 and is pending renewal or deletion."
Anyone know whether Octavia plans to keep this site alive?
