His page on QRZ.COM shows direct to the Tanzania address is the route.
His home call seems to be JE3MAS, isn't it?
There is no address information about JE3MAS, and JARL Web shows
the buro service is not available for JE3MAS.
I, myself, sent my QSL request to the Tanzania address which is shown
in the page of 5H3HK on QRZ.COM.

He will return for your SAE + $$ very soon.
Via the Buro to his home call, JL1NKC, works as well.
He said he would reply you via the Buro after being back to Japan in 2005.
