I have been reading about XF4IH problems lately and here is what was sent 
to 425 News in the event you haven't read it.
425 DX News says XE1IH, Enrique, reports that XF4IH (Socorro Island,
Revillagigedo) requests sent to his PO Box can get "lost". It is
advisable to use registered mail and send the requests to his home
address: Enrique Garcia Munive, Av. Insula Edificio 15-A-301, U. H.
Acueducto de Guadalupe, 07270 Mexico City, Mexico.
Hope this helps somebody. Notice it still says it is advisable to use 
registered mail so maybe somebody would start a pool and send in a batch of 
cards. Sorry I already have mine as I was one of the lucky ones I guess. It 
did take two attempts though.
