I have seen many, many emails regarding non receipt of the 2004 XF4IH
QSL's. Looks like there is definitely a problem. Seems if they went
to all the trouble to go there and made some very nice web sites they
would do something to protect their incoming mail better. If their
mail is being intercepted before they get it then then they have lost
100's, if not 1000's of Dollars sent to them. Seems most people have
sent at least one USD, I sent 5 USD for my 5 contacts just to help
with expenses, others sent more.
Maybe some early QSl'ers got their cards before the Post Office there
discovered this gold mine of USD going to XE1IH's mail box.
I have CC:'ed all the XF4IH ops in the hopes they can correct the mail
theft situation if that is the problem.
I notice that not only USA hams are reporting not getting their cards
but also hams from Europe and South America, so it is not just mail
with USA stamps being intercepted. I wonder if XE1IH is getting any
of his mail at all if the postal workers suspect there are Dollars inside.
