[Dx-qsl] Route need for 4K1ZI 1991 QSO

Another oldie...
4K1ZI 15m CW QSO on 1991 Mar 03
UB5JBU is listed as the manager for 1991 QSOs in the N7CTY database, and
RB5JBU is listed as the manager for 1993 QSOs. Neither manager call seems
to be active or listed anywhere. This same data pops up in a few other
online databases.
I know there was a pirate using this call in the early '90s, but apparently
there was a legit station under this call as well.
Please let me know a current QSL route for 4K1ZI.
