[Dx-qsl] Rec'd ZK3SB and RW2F

Hello!
Both KV4T and KS4YT received the following:
ZK3SB direct via I2YSB today for various bands
RW2F via DK4VW for 40m SSB. The postmark for RW2F was from Kaliningrad,
which is why I hadn't remembered the QSL manager being from Germany last
time we QSLed this station...
--sent greenstamps/SAE with both requests.
Thanks to the QSL managers above for helping our efforts to confirm 5BDXCC!
