[Dx-qsl] best way to save postage stamps

Hi Bill,
 I can't answer your question, but when I was working in China, I found something
to be fairly unusual. 
 A lot of Chinese folk really are into collecting stamps. 
However, unlike most collectors here...they want USED stamps. They don't want the new mint type.
 I took them a lot of collector type stamp packages, and they were not too enthused...hi.
