But the DXCC list, published in booklet form by ARRL and also at:
http://www.arrl.org/awards/dxcc/dxcclist.txt
has the CQ and ITU zones for each DXCC entity. It won't help much with
those places spread across multiple zones, nor will it give you advice
on the zone for a specific spot on the map (unless that spot is a small
DXCC entity), but should be sufficient for most questions on this
topic. There are maps available online that could help with questions
related to where CQ and ITU zones are.
