I'd suggest going with local mint stamps for these two. By "Kirghizia" I'm 
guessing you mean Kyrgyzstan? I used 1 GS for them, but that was a couple 
of years ago. I'd bet they're still just one, since postage in the former 
Soviet Union is still relatively inexpensive.
