Except that D4 is Cape Verde, not the Canaries (EA8). :-)
I have successfully QSLed both D44BC & D44AC direct in the past.
FWIW, remember that places like EA8, EA6, FR, and FP
are just provinces of their respective countries,
like KL7 and KH6, and should be addressed (using EA6 as example)
as just "Mallorca, <zip>, Spain". Putting "canary islands" etc
on the card in most cases is not necessary and possibly confusing,
like writing "Alaska, via Canada".
