[Dx-qsl] 3V8AS, 4U1ITU & UI8BAA

Hi BILL: I worked and confirmed 3V8AS via DJ6QT for QSOs in november of
1983. Walter was the operator
but I do not know if he is the same for 1993. I worked 3V8AS in 26.01.93
CW/15 but no QSL! The 1993 
bulletins do not show any information.
