QRZ.com is right; I volunteered to handle P40L's QSL, right before John W6LD
left for the WPX CW.
I wasn't able to update every website/QSL list before the contest, but I
think I've covered most of them now.
John is going to forward all QSL that has been arriving at his address since
last year to me, and I'll get started as soon as I have all materials.
So if you have already sent (a) card(s) last year or earlier this year then
there's no need to send again.
Hang in there, we're working on it.
