Danny,
Yes, this is the same operator. I don't know why he won't QSL, but he not
on doesn't, but is quite adamant on the subject. Just hope he isn't also
"training" his students to not QSL.
Oh well, it's his choice, and unlike some of the green stamp collectors out
there, at least he's up front about it.
