What I REALLY hate is when you get a plastic bag from the Post Office
containing what is left of the buro supplied brown envelope that got
destroyed in the mail. From the postage on the envelope you would
assume it was pretty full of cards, their whereabouts unknown. This
has happened to me twice in 2 years, yes I have complained to the buro
people, and they blame the P.O. I have ONLY had this problem with
buro mailings, my other mail gets to me fine.
I always keep a minimum of 10ドル.00 on file with the buro so they can
buy envelopes anytime they need to do so and don't need to overstuff
them when they do a mailing.
I should say the problem is not with my current W7 buro but with the
buro from where I moved from 6 months ago where I had been a active
contester and DXer for the last 20 years, as well as making a couple
of DXPeditions with instructions to QSL to my then home call.
Does this happen to anyone else??
