Thanks for all the replies... I'll keep bugging him.
Yes, this will be my last order with Octavia.
This is my 3rd order with them, as some of you have said,
the product is good but the service is deterioriating.
I placed this order only because it was a reprint
so he gave me a really good deal. Glad I charged it
on my Platinum Visa so I can recoup the funds if need be....
I'll be looking to LZ1JZ or UX5UO for my next QSL order.
Maybe for this one too... :-)
