My experience is that I get QSLs back in about 4 stages.
1) Within 2 weeks.
2) 4-6 weeks
3) 3-4 months
4) Whenever (>6 months)
Percentage wise, just off the top of my head, I'd say about 70% combined 
groups 2 and 3, 10-15% are lightning fast and the rest trickle in (or 
don't). Of the last group, I think maybe about 3-5% never come back at all.
