[Dx-qsl] YL1XX QSL?

I just replied to RW3RN, but YL3AF has NOT worked for me either. I sent mine
in Feb of 2004 with SASE and have heard nothing. We cannot email him as there
is no LISTED email address.
Maybe Alex can get the word out over there and they can come up with a 
different
manager ?
