I think this is a record. What do we have to do to get this into the
Guinness Book of World Records? "Fastest QSO ever to be confirmed".
Hopefully this will encourage many others, mostly outside of the US to input
their logs to LOTW. Again congrats Kenji!

Looks like Ijaz is quite active on LoTW, as well as on the air. Also
confirmed another QSO on 1-AUG-2002 at 15m CW.
