FWIW, my SAE (for my T31MY card) was shortened for some reason. It was a
#10 envelope cut down and taped to almost exactly match the size of the
card. I have no idea why Juraj did this; perhaps they charge higher postage
for the larger envelopes?
Unlike Hardy's card, my card arrived in perfect condition. It sounds almost
like somewhere in transit, Hardy's SAE got run over by a truck or other
vehicle.
As far as the consolidation, well, I've known other managers over the years
who have done this; consolidate two or three cards/mailings into one. While
I'm not saying that this is right, my guess would be that the other
envelopes/postage probably got used on other requests that came with
insufficient postage.
Hey, at least the cards came back direct. I'm much more annoyed at managers
who collect green stamps or IRC's and then reply via the buro, but that's
another story too.

Received today 3D2M0, 3D2BT, and T21MY in one envelope although I sent 3
envelopes. The envelope I received was not one of mine although my rubber
stamped address label I put on each Euro return envelope (sold by you know
who) had been carefully cut out and then Scotch taped on a new envelope.
The tape was loose and about to fall off. Had it fallen off there goes the
cards!! And it appears now he uses my additional envelopes for some other
purpose.
The received envelope looked as if it had been run over by a truck. All 3
QSL's are warped and stained with some kind of black smudge. I think they
are still useful for submittal.
Has anyone else received this kind of treatment? I have complained to him
personally before and he has always said he has sent my cards.....Still
waitng after 3 months for 2 more.......
Have I been black balled for questioning "Hey where are my cards after five
or six months?" Everyone seems to agee he is reasonable.
Just looking for some kind of explanation...............
