In case you have/had problems with the USPS delivering QSLs to foreign 
addresses, the USPS has prepared the following pages on addressing USA 
posted mail for foreign delivery.

I've asked at my local post office about preparing foreign mail, 
especially since some countries have five digit postal codes that look 
like U.S. ZIP codes. They had no replies so I checked the USPS web site 
and it appears they have come up with addressing standards for foreign mail.
