[Dx-qsl] YB1AQC logs going onto LoTW

I'm putting the logs of YB1AQC, Feb-16-1988 through Oct-11-1988 onto LoTW.
Got some of them up and will put the rest as I transcribe them.
I will continue to provide hardcard qsls upon
request.
USA only require a sase.
Non USA only require a sae, 1 IRC is sufficient.
All bureau requests will be replied via the bureau.
If you feel that you have a qso that is not included
in the LoTW log, feel free to email me with particulars
and I will re-examine the log.
