Hi,
For a qso on 30mtrs in 1995 sent as:
12/30/2003 per Buckmaster
QSL via W3FYT now NY3N
RAYMOND B SHANKWEILER, SR
RD 2 BOX 364AA
SEAFORD DE 19973
sent 31 Dec 2003 via mgr w/SASE &1ドル
returned 12 Jan 2003 as "RTS" with note "Not deliverable as addressed
unable to forward".
Possible he may now have a regular street address as required for 911
system and post office
forwarding time ran out. We had that happen here in NC.
Can not find any other info on this. Missed the guys in July and need for
30mtrs.
Any help would be appreciated.

PS: I thought I saw somewhere how to check the archives but only found a
list for 1998-2001. It said for
later to go to the home page but didn't see anything there.
