THIS IS A GOOD TOPIC FOR DIRECT EMAIL TO ME. PLEASE DON'T CLOG UP THE
REFLECTORS WITH REPLIES. IF I GET A GOOD ANSWER(s), I'LL POST AFTER.
does anyone have a definitive list of WHEN each of the old USSR entities
started using the current prefix blocks? ng3k has a good list of the prefixes and
some other info available, but outside of moldova, there are no start dates
given.
i'm putting 40 years of paper logs on to computer and would like to have the
correct country. there is some switching (such as UP going from lithuania to
kazakhstan, all UK calls now uzbezistan, etc). i wonder how others have
handled this.
