Jose,
As per the NG3K "Announced DX Operations"
(http://www.ng3k.com/Misc/adxo.html):
2004 Feb 12 - 2004 Feb 24 St. Lucia J6 (QSL Via) Home Call
(Reported By) N9AG 20040116
By J68AR/K9JE J68AS/N9AG J68GS/KI6T J68ID/W8QID WA1T N0FW; CW RTTY PSK31;
QRV for ARRL DX CW as J6DX (QSL via N9AG)
So N9AG is indeed the correct route.
Congrats on snagging him. But I wouldn't be too harsh on those DX Top
Banders who are in the contest right now. After all, most of them are
focusing on maximizing their scores, and not always thinking "outside the
box" about working those on the outside looking in, for contest purposes at
least.

G'day,
Just worked this J6DX in Top-band (he was kind enough
to Log me even if he was working the ARRL Contest) but
I can't find his QSL Info.
So Iam looking for the QSL manager of J6DX.
Many other new-ones were 599 tonight C6ALK,
VP5K, VP9/..., just to mention but they were too busy
working the contest to bouder with Europe, ignoring
that sometimes thats a chance in-a-lifetime to work them
in 160m... Unfortunate luck I have, Hi !
