Worked him in Jan 2002 on 30 and 160, which are the only bands I've
heard him on. I've tried direct with Cuban stamps. I've tried registered
and got the return receipt with his signature. More than enough was sent
for return postage, but still no card. I've inquired about him on
reflectors, and the only one who stated he received his card was Rag in
Norway.
If you need Cuba on 30 and/or 160, CO8LY is very active and makes an
effort to give anyone a chance to work Cuba on whatever bands they need.
He sometimes posts on this list and has announce what times and bands he
will be working. He's also posted messages advising he will work skeds.
I have him on 5 bands and all were separate QSL requests. I received all
cards.
