[Dx-qsl] QSLing Complaint (or Rant)

Can someone please tell me why non US hams keep reminding us that if we
want their QSL to make sure we enclose correct postage or enough $$ for
return postage whilst I continue to receive cards from outside USA with
SAE but no return posage? Me thinks maybe the shoe should fit both ways.
.... As for forwarding the card for the other guy I agree it is a
nuisance and a nice gesture to pay the freight for someone else, but if
it becomes a habit 37 cents can add up. I don't mind paying my own
freight fellas - and doing a favor once in a while by forwarding a QSL
card to someone else but the Marshall Plan ended about 60+ years
ago.....Just a thought.... 73 Al W3AWU
