[Dx-qsl] Missing QSL Cards

YL1XX IS A PROFESSIONAL THEIF, DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY. He does 
not appear to collect QSLs either as I worked him on my H75A IOTA 
expedition a few years back and it was a new IOTA and rare prefix and 
he never sent us a card as I was going to hold his hostage for mine! 
Never got the chance, so worked another YL
